I have enjoyed the Knockout BO deodorant since I began using it a couple of years ago. Great products and I am excited to use this new product.
No my order has not been fulfilled. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I made my order. It was supposed to be delivered on January 14th but I still haven’t received it. I sent an email and didn’t get a response. This is unlike you guys, I would like for someone to address why my package that hasn’t arrived yet.

I sincerely apologize for the delay with your order and for not responding to your email when you reached out. You were absolutely right to be concerned.
Based on the tracking number I can see what happened—there was a significant delay with USPS. Your package was shipped promptly after your January 8th order, but unfortunately wasn't delivered until February 11th, nearly a month later and well past the expected January 14th delivery date.
While the delay was with the postal service, I should have responded to your email immediately to provide you with tracking information and updates. That's on me, and I apologize for the lack of communication.
I hope your Tropic Sunset deodorant finally arrived safely and in good standing.

Not to fond of the scent but it doesn’t burn my arms like the last natural soap!
Apologies it’s the Sunrise that smells like Skittles. I’ve yet to try this one but I am looking forward.
Speedy delivery and the deodorant definitely works well. The scent was is very strong so it can be a little overwhelming depending on the fragrance you purchased. Overall would purchase again and hopefully find a milder scent.
